We know that things can change, and there will be times when you need to update your bank details. 

To do this, send us a message in the Zopa app or via our support page.

We might need to get in touch with you to see a recent bank statement, if there are any problems.

Once we’ve updated your Direct Debit, we’ll pop you an email to confirm.

Please keep in mind, it can take up to 9 calendar days for the change to be processed in full (bank systems can be a bit slow!). So if you want us to take your next repayment from your new bank account, be sure to update your Direct Debit details at least 9 calendar days before it's due.
